Prionka is a wellbeing advisor for teens and adults. She is also an author, consultant and a concept creator.

She has degree in English & Psychology and Post Graduation in Psychotherapy. . Certifications in Speech Arts Communications, Speech & Drama, and trained in Creative Problem Solving. Prionka believes in learning without boundaries and weaves in her experience and expertise to bring newer insights and richer perspectives to all her work.

She believes that people have all the resources they need to flourish. Her approach is collaborative and integrative and she assists individuals to lead a life of balance, purpose and excellence through Wellbeing and Growth Sessions. She also assists in Crisis Consultations, addressing issues such as anxiety, stress, depression, problems in relationships, parenting issues, lack of motivation, etc. Prionka is trained in Positive Psychology, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy.

Prionka is the Founding Director of Sequel Communications, co-creator of Coaching Programme, Story of Me (With Rhizome Learning), and Founder of social initiative, InGroup Support Group for Youth. She is a registered Volunteer-Mentor for teens & families at the Ministry of Social & Family Development (Singapore) and volunteers as a counsellor for various organisations.

She combines concepts from creativity, communication and Psychology to address wellbeing.

Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (Singapore University of Social Sciences) Post Graduate Professional Diploma in Psychotherapy (School of Positive Psychology, Singapore). Graduate certifications in Speech Arts Communication (Guildhall School of Music & Drama) & Speech & Drama (Julia Gabriel Centre, Singapore). Trained at and registered as volunteer-mentor for youth-at-risk with the Ministry of Social & Family Development, Singapore since 2012.
